FREE INITIAL MEETING

We start the journey with a free initial meeting. Whilst crucially giving you an opportunity to decide if I'm the right trainer for you, it allows me to gauge what you're after and if I have the knowledge, skills and abilities to guide you. I'll be both honest and ethical. If I don't think I'm the right person, I'll inform you of this and guide you to resources that will help you get the right person. 

DATA GATHERING

The journey picks up pace here to allow us gather as much information as we need to allow for meaningful decisions about the best way forward. On-line lifestyle, health profiling and nutrition questionnaires are automatically collated into a dedicated business intelligence platform and decisions are made about which well-being and fitness baselines are required.

PROGRAMME DESIGN

Based on a wealth of data, the programming can then begin. The programmes are always simple, progressive and adaptable and make use of expertise gleaned from 30 years in the health and fitness business.  Some clients will have highly detailed, challenging and targeted cardiovascular training whilst others will use the EXOS training system. No two training programmes are the same.   

EXPERT GUIDANCE

Training people is both a science and an art. You have to be able to view what they're doing, analyse it and know how to provide guidance on improvements. As a fully qualified P.E teacher with a multitude of personal training qualifications and many years of experience, you can be sure that you'll be guided by someone who has done this many times and knows how to operate.
